In part 1 of our series on Scrivener, we go over the main structure of the software, how to access different sections of your manuscript and give a general overview of how Scrivener works.

In part 2 of our series on Scrivener we talk about the Binder. The binder is where everything in your manuscript is organized. In this video we’ll go over how to add new parts, organize the writing you’ve already done and how to create templates for different parts of your story.

Part 3 of our series on learning how to use Scrivener focuses on each of the main views in the top menu bar. You’ll learn how to use the Documents view, Corkboard view and Outline view.

Having a word count goal is important when writing your manuscript. In this video we discuss how to use the word count settings for goals and daily word counts.

In Part 5 we go over Scriveners secret weapon, the Inspector. You’ll learn about all of the different things the inspector can show you about your story. It is a great place to find insights about how you are progressing during the writing process.

Finally in Part 6 we talk about Scriveners Composition mode and get down to the actual task of writing! Composition mode allows you to tune out the noise and get to writing. But don’t worry you can easily access any notes you need too!
